Villa Maffei Rizzardi is available for weekly rentals from June to October, perfect for those looking for a peaceful countryside holiday, away from traffic and noise.

The Villa is rented with a minimum stay of 5 nights.

It can accommodate up to 10 guests, with the possibility of hosting up to a maximum of 12. Individual rooms are not rented separately: guests have exclusive use of the entire Villa, including the swimming pool and the surrounding park.

GROUND FLOOR

The Villa covers an area of 800 square metres and consists of a ground floor and a first floor, which is dedicated to the bedrooms.

On the ground floor, there is a large main hall, a study-library, a billiard room, elegant sitting rooms, a dining room, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with pantries, as well as a guest bathroom.

The interiors, enhanced by period fireplaces and original architectural details, combine the authentic charm of a historic Venetian Villa with the comfort of a welcoming and refined home.

RATES INCLUDE

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of €800 will be requested from the Guest upon arrival as a guarantee against any damage that may be caused to the property.

This amount will be returned to the Guest before departure.

BOOKING
At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the rental amount is required, to be paid by bank transfer. Upon receipt of the deposit, the booking will be definitively confirmed.

A further 30% will be required one month before the stay, and the remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.

CANCELLATIONS
If the Guest cancels the booking at any time before arrival, for any reason, all amounts already paid will be retained as a cancellation fee.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Unless otherwise agreed, the check-in is from 5 p.m. to 22.00 and the check-out by 10 a.m.

EXTRA SERVICES AVAILABLE
Available upon request and at an additional cost:

additional linen changes, domestic help, laundry and ironing of your clothes, babysitting, massages and beauty treatments directly at the Villa, a first grocery shopping service ready for your arrival, a cook, a driver, aperitifs, lunches and dinners arranged for you, local farm products, food and wine tours, organised excursions, and special “experiences” at the Villa

Upon request, we can organise private and personalised experiences: holistic, sensory, spiritual and cultural activities, nature-based experiences, and encounters inspired by ancient knowledge, traditions and rituals.

An authentic way to enjoy the Villa, the park and their timeless atmosphere, guided by slowness, beauty and the emotion of the place.

SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool, for the exclusive use of guests, is 1.40 metres deep and measures 13.5 metres x 6.5 metres.

It is usually open from the beginning of June until the end of September, depending on weather conditions.

Pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The swimming pool is fenced and can be locked, if desired, for the safety of children.
